Customer Chat

Purpose

This chat should be a chat in where a CUSTOMER/UNKNOWN User can register and open a chat to ask questions or so. Customer registers to newgroup given in api.

Users: ec1, ec2, ec3
pass: test Usergroup: Employee, ID = 13

Notification logic

  • all users of group 13 (admin group) must be notificated on chat creation and new message in chat
  • user which has been newly created (self registered) must get notification when a message is answered in his own created Chats.
