pass: test Usergroup: Employee TEC, ID = 14

admin user: ea1, ea2, ea3
pass: test
Admingroup Employee ADM, ID = 15

Notification Logic

• all users of group 15 (admingroup) and all users of group 13 (subgroup) on ticket creation
• all users of group 15 (admingroup) and all users of group 13 (subgroup) on new message
